Amelia Packham Nursing Associate

Gender: Female

About me:

A nursing associate is a registered healthcare role in England that bridges the gap between healthcare support workers and registered nurses. They provide hands-on, person-centred care and have a foundation degree in nursing, allowing them to perform more complex tasks than a support worker but not the same scope as a registered nurse. This role supports registered nurses by handling a range of clinical duties, and it also provides a career progression path toward becoming a registered nurse.

Amelia works both in practice and in the community, working with our housebound patients with their chronic disease management
