Dr Alastair Carr GP
Gender: Male
About me:
Dr Carr qualified from University College London Medical School in 2014 and was training as an Orthopaedic surgeon prior to becoming a GP. He retains a keen interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine and is in his final year of a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine. He enjoys applying concepts from the sports world to general practice, encouraging patients to live healthier for longer. He works on Monday to Wednesday at the practice and outside of this does regular pitch-side and concussion work, particularly in rugby.
Outside of medicine he is a father of two small children who take up most of his free time, however he still enjoys cooking and exercising when he can.
