Telephone Lines

Phone lines and triage open from 08:00. Our telephone lines are closed on a Saturday and Sunday, please use our out of hours service during these times.

Extended Access Service

The practice participate in an extended access scheme for all registered patients. To find out more about this service, please view our Extended Access page.

Surgery Closures

The practice may close occasionally for staff training. Normally this will be for a short period on a Tuesday lunchtime, and calls will be answered by the out of hours service.

Out of Hours Service

The out of hours service is provided by NHS 111 between 18:30 and 08:00 and at weekends and bank holidays. Please call 111 if you need a doctor during this period.

The out of hours service should only be used if the problem cannot wait until the surgery is open.

In the case of a life threatening emergency please ring 999.
